I'd recommend the Clarisonic for cleansing and then Clinique's Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector for treatment. The Clarisonic will gently exfoliate your skin, and overtime will help you achieve a healthy dewy glow. The Clinique serum will help fade those red marks.

From my personal experience as well as others I have used these products on, the 2 absolute best products to help with hyperpigmentation, any sort of marks and add a dewy glow to your skin is Clinique's Even Better Skin Corrector Clinical (you should get Clinical instead of the regular because it works better and faster) and Lancome's Genifique. Comparing the two, Clinique's is excellent at evening out skin tone but in my personal opinion that's really all it does. The Genifique takes a little longer to even out the skin, but at the same time it does amazing at  anti-aging and it makes you skin instantly smooth and glow. It is pricey, but from a makeup artist and nut about my own skin, it is well worth the price.
