[Lip] Scrub-A-Dub

I'm currently in the market for a good lip scrub. First off, it should be noted that my lips can get extremely flaky. And yes, it is very gross when I can peel off the dead layers in flakes. I'm currently in the process of aquiring a good balm (By Terry's Baume de Rose). But in addition to the balm, I'm hoping to find a scrub that will help keep the dry flakes at bay. Unfortunately, I've used a lot of scrubs and none have given me the results I want. I've even tried the toothbrush method to no avail. The scrub needs to be strong, my lips are strong and can go through a lot. And so far I've tried the scrubs from Smashbox, Philosophy, Tarte, Ole Henriksen, and Soap & Glory, none of which provided the results I'm after.

HI!

The most easy and least expensive scrub I use on my lips is sugar and honey! It gets rid of ALL of my flakey dryness on my lips. Also you can use a warm washcloth on your lips to scrub off all the gunk. After I use this I like to use  my EOS lip balm They are sold at drugstores. I hope this helps!
