I just recently hand ankle surgery and just got my cast off, my leg is scary.

You have no idea what 8 weeks of not being able to wash, shave, or moisturizer can do.  There is a thick layer of dead skin at it is so dry.  Anyone have suggestions for a good exfoliate and moisturizer, my normal ones are not cutting it.
