Best product for dark circles. My skin is oily so nothing really greasy. around $50 or less

I would recommend Cover Fx camouflage concealer. It is a bit creamy but it dries down, the creamier the texture  the more you can build and layer and cover the dark circles. Also I would recommend to use a powder to set the concealer. No matter if you are oily skin or dry skin, if you don't set your concealer then most likely it will crease and wear off. I love the Laura Mercier Secret Brightener. It is loose silky powder, that also has light reflectors in it so it will help to brighten your under eye. Hope this helps.
