I've got a different suggestion for you. Have you ever tried xen tan? They have gotten expertly good in their formulas, I thought that there was nothing better then St. Tropez mousse it was my favorite for so long, but I'm a girl who will research always on something better and I found xen tan. I use the deep bronze luxe and it's so hydrating and you do it once a week and that's it I swear. The color is so real too. Don't give up remember there's always something great waiting for you to try! Good Luck! Sorry I forgot to tell you that you can look at xen tan.com or nordstrom.com .

I hope you are not moisturizing before you apply the tanner and make sure that your skin is completely dry after showering. The best time to apply is at night . That is one way to make it not work or streak. Make sure it is a light/medium tan formula as if you try to use the dark and deep it will turn you orangey or yellow. Also the Clarins has made me a funny yellow color. I also use a tanning mit. St. Tropez sells them as well as LORAC. It just helps evenly distribute the color and washed eaisly. Hope this helps

I have the Sun Labs Ultra Dark Instant Self Tanning Lotion and I bought it because it had such great reviews. The first time i used it was last summer and I got tons of compliments on my color. The first day it looks a little orange-y right when you get out of the shower. ( I put it on at night and shower off the guide color in the morning). But, about 30 minutes after it doesn't look as orange-y to me but noone else noticed that. It looks amazing the second day, the third day it looks nice but starts to fade and by the fourth or fifth day its fading out so it looks a little weird. I have re applied on the third day to stop the fading and that worked. It smalles really nice too, like cherries when you first put it on and it doesnt dry with a self tanner smell.

Im urprised the Tropez didnt work for you. Thats my new one ever since I bought the Sun safety kit and it was included. I tried it and was instantly sold. Im not all that fair, I am light, but I tan quickly and easly in narural sun, not sure if that matters or not.
