Q. Does Murad clarifying body spray bleach clothes?
I hate acne products that bleach my pillow. I want to try this body spray before attending some summer weddings where I'll want a totally clear back, but it's not worth messing up all of my clothes and sheets.

Q. My face won't stop breaking out?
This might be kind of long. I was using Differin from derm and it stopped working so I started using a Salyclic acid cleanser from Biore and it's kept my skin mostly clear for the last 6 weeks. I also use a Clarisonic. Now I have three cystic pimples on my cheeks (I NEVER used to breakout on my cheeks), two on my chin and I came home today and found I have a new one on my forehead. I also have t ton on tiny under the skin bumps on my chin. What is going on?? My skin wasn't even this barowen I went to the derm the first time! Is there anything you would recommend? Mask, treatment, anything. My skin is also pretty oily.   Thanks!

Hi, i have just entered my 30s and am getting acne for the first time. It is very strange and stressful.  I don'nt have health insurance so i can't go to a skin doctor so i was wondering if there are any recommendations for good acne products for men.   Not very smart about cosmetics so maybe it's just the same products women use and there's no difference?    Thanks!

Q. Break out after getting eyebrows done...
I've been getting my eyebrows done since I was 12, but I hadn't had any issues with breaking out because of it until I turned about 18 (Now, I hardly break out at all...until I get my eyebrows done). Now I'm 20 and, two years later, I'm still breaking out EVERY time I get them waxed, threaded, or even tweezed. I have small, red white heads in the area around my eyebrows (mostly above and on either side; not so much underneath them). I've tried cleansing right after and applying spot treatments, asking the person who does them to not apply the oils afterwards, and even switching up my skin care regimen. What is going on? It's so frustrating because by the time I clear up, it's time to get them done again. Any advice?

Q. Stopped using Clarisonic....skin much clearer.....
I'm dying to know if anyone has had a similar experience!! I used my Clarisonic Mia faithfully for 6 months. It seemed my face would get worse, then clear up, get worse, clear up.....and so on. I stopped using it in mid-March due to a nasty sunburn I got while in Florida, here we are, it's almost May and I haven't touched it once....my skin hasn't looked this good in a loooong time and of course I'm thrilled, but did I waste time and money on the Clarisonic?? I don't doubt the brush itself, the company or any of their products but my mind is boggled anyway! Toward the end of my Florida vacation, the sunburn healed and my face seemed clearer...so I kinda tested the whole situation and stopped using the brush, trying to see if there was a correlation. I'd love to hear some input on this, the Clarisonic is collecting dust..... Spoiler (Highlight to read)

Q. Breaking out like crazy, I need HELP!
Wednesday I woke up with one red dot at the top of my forehead, right next to my hair line. Thursday there was a pimple and a scab. Friday it my entire forehead is breaking out, plus a few lower on my forehead, still near my hair line. I did not change any makeup, skin care or hair products. I went to sephora on Thursday, but only tried on a lip stick. I also went to lush and got a refill of the cleanser I use. Nothing new or different. I have very dry sensitive skin. I'm religious about cleansing and moisturizing. I have a very solid skin regime I occasionally will get a pimple. But one, maybe two at the same time is the most. Nothing like this! I can't understand it. I can't get in to see my dermatologist until the end of the month. I need help! What can I do!?

Q. Is Philosophy's new Lactic Acid Cleanser for me?
I don't think Sephora carries it yet. It's new on the Philosphy website. But I'm looking for a new cleanser and was just wondering if it's right for me. I'm using Philosphys Help Me Retinol and a Clarisonic. I've also been doing weekly at home chemical peels (30% Glycolic acid). I usually only break out around my period, but I still have lots of clogged pores in my t-zone and a few old acne scars I can't get rid of. I think the lactic acid would help but I don't know if it would be too much on my skin considering the other stuff I'm currently using. What do you think? My skin is not senstitive. Q. Would this work as an Epiduo alternative?
I used to use Epiduo for my acne and it worked really well. Epiduo has adalapene which is a retinol and Benzoyl Peroxide. I found a product by La Roche Posay called Effaclar Duo and it has Micro-exfoliating LHA (0.4%) and micronized Benzoyl Peroxide (5.5%). Would it kind of work the same about Epiduo? Or would it work better if I got someother retinol serum and a separate BP cream? I know Sephora doesn't carry La Roche Posay but this was the only place I knew where I could get good skincare advice! I get pustular/cystic acne. Also what's a good cleanser you would recommend? I don't want anything that will dry it out too much.

Q. My brothers acne...
HI! My brother, who is 18, is frustrated with his acne. I have been tentative to give him suggestions for a few reasons being that I have a clear face myself, I don't really know what to do, and I don't want to further the problem. He is also very self conscious about it, so the conversation doesn't come up often. This morning though, we deciding letting you all help might be a good thing.    I'd say he has moderate acne. It constantly covers his face and he has scars from past pimples. He does not get any abnormally large ones, just the normal whiteheads and red pin points.    As of now he uses OXY face pads twice a day and he also uses the face wash, though I'm not sure how often.  He complains that even with this regimen it seems like new pimples keep appearing.  This is what the packaging of the products look like.  Salicylic Acid is the main ingredient in both. I have used the pads occasionally when I am trying to get rid of a minor blemish, and it feels very drying. The face wash has a pretty offensive smell to it. He gets both at walgreens.    My thoughts are that these products, and how often he is using them, are drying out his skin to the extent where his skin is now producing excess oils. Is this correct? I also thought exfoliating might help,  but I don't know.    My main questions are-  Would exfoliating help? Is he over drying his face? What products should he use? and Is there a way to get rid of his scars?   Thank you so much for your help! He is going off to college next year; I think this is why he has been so worried about it recently.    ~We are all beautiful~
