pimples on nose crease

So very serious about this right now... Thankfully I do not break out as often as I used to anymore now that I'm in my mid-20s. However, when it's that time of the month, I ALWAYS get pimples on the nose crease.. (where the nose is "attached" to cheeks). It usually starts by being itchy, and it makes me scratch it with my dirty hands.... and it becomes pimples and then nasty scabs which stay for at least 2 weeks. Oh and the similar happens on my chin too!

How do I prevent this? I figure it's mostly because of hormones etc. and my urge to scratch them with my hands.

I hope you guys can help me out...

Any products I can use to prevent this? Any home remedies? :smileysad:

I agree you should invest in the Clarisonic if you are able to. Ive had mine for four days and noticed a difference after the first use. My skin was extremely, EXTREMELY oily and now it is normal. make sure you dont use a salicyclic acid cleanser with it or it will dry you out or at least it dried me out, my skin started peeling and was uncomfortably tight all day. I started using the clarisonic cleanser that came with it and started using it only once a day instead of twice and am loving the results!!
