Attention skin experts!!
Hi there, I was wondering if any of you can recommend a silicone-free moisturizer for sensitive skin? I am extremely prone to blemishes and now that the weather has been getting colder, I am in need of hydrating my skin. My skin type is combination, and I have mild acne on my cheeks/chin as well as hyper pigmentation. I was also thinking of trying a serum instead of a moisturizer to see if it would be more effective. Please feel free to suggest products that will help me combat acne as well as moisturizer my skin!

Soon-to-Be Bride in Need of New Skin Routine
Hello! I am getting married in two months and would like to do something about my acne-prone skin before the big day. I have normal/dry skin that is prone to frequent breakouts and redness. Right now I am using a simple skincare routine, I wash my face with a Neutrugena cleanser every night and apply a medicated (10% acid) creme given to me by my doctor every night to my acne. This results in dry and flaking skin and increased redness. I am looking for a new skin care regimen and product line that will help my skin to glow and look great for my wedding date. Do you know of any products that are fast acting and will help a desperate bride out? Thanks!

HORMONAL ACNE CHIN/JAWLINE/CHEEK(occasional) ACNE!!! HELP ASAP
Hi Guys,   I hope someone can really help me. I've been dealing with this for months when I first got into actually taking care of my skin. I've been trying to get rid of what I believe is hormonal acne? I have them around my jawlines and sometimes on my cheeks. Some are pimples but some are like clogged pores under the skin? They have white puss if I apply pressure on them. What products/tools do you guys recommend me to get rid of this constant struggle?    Thanks in advance.

serious acne and redness problem!
it's 5 years now and I still have serious acne and redness problem especially on my cheeks.  I started to use this anti-blemish solutions 3-step system (clinique) for like a week ago. Since I've been using it my face always starts to itch pretty much after i have put it on. I wonder if this is a sign that it's helping or is it just something bad for my skin and that I should stop using it? New to Retin-A! Help..
Hello BT!   I went to my dermatologist and she prescribed me with Tretinoin 0.025% for night time, and 5% BP topical gel with clindamycin lotion for the morning. She said that I have combination acne (red bumps, white heads and cysts). Also, she mentioned to use oil free, non comedogenic products and a gentle facial cleanser.   I plan on continuing my use with Cetaphil gentle facial cleanser but was wondering if there were products that you could recommend me trying as a new moisturizer since my Olay is not oil free. Also, any other products that you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.     Thanks!

Moisturizer recommendations
I'm 23 and have normal to dry skin that's sensitive and very prone to acne/clogged pores. It doesn't get really flaky on the surface but when my skin gets dry, it breaks out. Anyone have any moisturizer recommendations that are intensive but not too heavy and greasy?  Really heavy moisturizers  can also break me out.   What I've tried recently: Josie Maran argan oil light (broke out), FAB ultra repair face moisturizer (too light, broke out), FAB ultra repair moisturizer (just started it, not sure yet)   I'll find something that works eventually.

Paula's Choice BHA Liquid vs. La roche posay Effaclar duo?
Not sure if I spelt them right, but I'm looking for a new acne spot treatment that preferably works for blackheads as well.   I have sensitive dry combination skin,,, so something like Benzyol peroxide really doesn't work for me. The type of acne that I get is "every not and then painful red ones" on the sides of the cheeks   Both PC BHA liquid and La Roche Posay Effaclar duo is very popular.. so I'm trying to decide from either.. but I would also love new suggestions as well

Acne that's lasted a year and won't go away. HELP!
Hey y'all!   I've been looking around this message board for the past half hour or so and I figured I would ask my own question, sorry if it's already been answered!   I'm 22 years old and up until about a year ago I had perfect skin, I had the occasional break out but that was mostly around my period. Now? My entire chin and both cheeks are full of blemishes, scars, white heads, it's ridiculous! I don't know what to do, I don't know if it's hormonal or just a circumstance of stress and poor diet.   I have combination skin (I think) sometimes it looks dry, other times it's like it's oozing oil (sorry!) and it's sensitive. I've tried Proactiv and it didn't work, I bought a Clarisonic brush but it didn't really help much. I don't know what works and what doesn't.   If you've been through this and you've found a miracle product (I know everything is not going to work for everybody) would you please share your tips and tricks? I've heard of washing your face with something like coconut oil but I'm on the fence about that, I feel like it would just break me out more.   Thank you!

Bumps on face. Clarisonic will it work?
Hi everyone! I have acne, acne scars and annoying white bumps on my face. It's awful and I NEED help. My acne is not bad--It covers with makeup and I love to wear makeup so it isn't a huge problem. Of course I try to decrease it but it doesn't drive me so crazy anymore. I mostly have them on my chin. Forehead is clear and cheeks were clear until I started getting these awful bumps. I don't even remember when it started I just remember putting on my makeup and looking in the mirror and being ilke "WTF."  Bumps on face...clogged pores that stand out with foundation. HELP. Am looking to buy a clarisonic now Every time I go to sephora or a skin care person they say I need to EXFOLIATE! I do now... but they are still there. I want smooth skin that will look even more flawless with makeup.  So I have finally decided to buy a clarisonic. (Do you guys recommend this for my condition????!) I am thinking perhaps the deep pore or acne clarifying brush will be best but want to hear your experiences!! I don't really have oily skin...it's normal. Couple of blackheads on my nose here and there.   So please help!!! Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do? Did the clarisonic help???

Skincare changes & breaking out
I've found myself in a skincare dilemma I'm sorry this is long, I tried to include as much information as I felt was relevant.    I've been breaking out more than usual for a couple weeks. It isn't awful, but this is uncommon for me (my skin is normally pretty clear, and I very rarely get such large ones). I've had fairly large pimples in different locations. Chin, both cheeks, above and in between my eyebrows. Maybe about 2 at a time? They die down over a few days, then I end up with a new one in a different spot.    I've posted a couple times on hear with questions about my skincare routine. I'm currently trying to find a new cleanser and I've been using deluxe samples - so it's hard for me to pin down. This started when I was using Boscia's Black Detox cleanser and became worse after using Josie Maran's oil promo.    I've been using the Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm as a makeup remover at night for a few weeks - there doesn't seem to be any issue with this.  I'm currently using Sunday Riley's Ceramic Slip (full size) for about two weeks - with no improvement.   I've also had to change my moisturizer (unfortunately) since I ran out of the one I've been using for a while (Clinique DD Gel) - so I just started using Origins GinZing about a week ago.    Nothing else in my skincare routine has changed. I wipe my face with just water in the morning and follow with a facial mist. At night, I use a makeup remover then more of a treatment cleanser followed by Korres Advanced Sleeping Facial. I've been eating better than normal for me, with plenty of water.    Basically I'm annoyed and not sure what my next move should be. Should I continue using the same products that I'm using now? I suspect it's the cleanser rather than the moisturizer change.    On hand, I have Clarins Extra Comfort, Anthony Logistics Glycolic Cleanser, FAB Cleanser, and Paula's Choice products I can use (the Hydralight and Skin Balancing).
