Hi Darcy,
I love that you are using a scrub, but what your skin may need is a hydrating mask. Your skin may not be at the state where it is producing enough hydration to keep up with your routine.
AmorePacific Moisture Bound Vitalizing Masque

I love this masque because you can sleep in it and put it under the eye. When you awake, your skin feels amazingly baby soft. When your skin is so dry that it is flaking, I would suggest doing it a couple nights straight. My suggestion would be do exfoliate and then apply this masque on top and leave it on overnight.
Once your skin is at a good happy medium, Amore moisturizers are amazing. This particular one will help hydrate as well as unclog your pores.
