acne issue

i am having red bumps which later turn into dark spots , if i use acne products they really worse the results as my skin is really dry .what should i use?

If the acne products worsen the results and you have dry skin..... it might be worsen because your skin is irritated. When the skin is not properly hydrated/moisturized, it's healing ability drops and it's more prone to inflammation and irritation. 

Look for gentle acne products or those that moisturizes/soothes as well. Honey moisturizes and is great to clarify the skin, so opt for a honey mask like Fresh Honey or Farmacy Honey Pot instead of Murad clarifying mask or some acne/oily skin products. It might also have to do with age, because when I was a teen the red bumps would disappear without a trace, but after I was 25, I realized that every time I get red bump....it would leave a discoloration if I'm not careful or deal with it fast. =(
