What can I use for back acne?
I have a problem with back acne and it is hard to apply cream to my own back. I have tried a spray from Avon which was a great idea to cover all of the back but the product did not work. Any ideas?

I used to have a problem with chest and back acne until I started using rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad before I go to bed. I read it in LuckyMag, and gave it a shot. I guess they said the skin is thicker there so it can stand the harshness of alcohol. Best of all it's cheap. It's definitely worth a shot.

Try using a scrub in the shower, one made especially for body acne. Make sure you are not sitting around in your sweaty gym clothes after a workout! And, be careful using products containing Benzoyl Peroxide, as it will bleach your clothes.

Clinique has a great line for acne. Their body spray, I have found took care of blemishes on my back and chest. Exfoliation is key as well. A moisturizer which is antibacterial helps, too.
