Vascular Acne Scars

Hi!
I was wondering what people use to treat vascular acne scars?

I have combination skin, and would like to incorporate a serum or spot treatment that would help in removing these scars.

I don't have this issue, but I've read other people who do that swear by the Sunday Riley oils (UFO or LUNA) that are worn while sleeping, convenient.
