occasional blemishes / colorless bumps

Hi. I am a teen and have occasional blemishes. i have tried the murad clarifying cleanser, but i get this colorless bumps on my forehead and dont know what to do. I feel like i tried everything, and not sure what skin regimen to invest in anymore. Please someone tell me what these colorless bumps are and how to get rid of them.

Just want to clarify - are these colorless bumps caused when you use the cleanser? 

Also, what is your current skincare routine?

yes i am pretty sure and i dont really have a steady one because nothing ever works.
