Do you not get the free samples if you enter a promo code?

I ordered the 3 free samples and entered a promo code when I ordered my tarte brush set. I got the promo sample but didn't receive any of the free samples. Do you not get free samples if you enter the promo code?

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your free samples! You should receive them even if a promotion code is entered as long as the samples are selected. I'll look into this and send you a PM soon.

Depending on the supply of the warehouse that fulfilled the order, sometimes selected samples cannot be honored; however, Sephora's website does state that substitutions can occur. If you have received your package and it is void entirely of samples, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Service to see what options are available to make up for this.

it depends on the warehouse, my order today didn't have any of the 3 samples I chose either lol

I also never get my free samples whenever I use a promo code...i don't get substitutions and they are never listed on my receipt!
