Hi there britani,
If your main priority is to control acne and blackheads then the PTR 3% Glycolic will be a much better option with it's bacteria fighting ingredients that will help to reduce breakouts.
The DDF Brightening Cleanser would be a great option if you are just trying to reduce and minimize the appearance of scars due to acne. Make sure you use an oil free spf of at least 40 to protect your skin if you go with this cleanser since your skin will be more sensitive to UVA and UVB rays.
I hope this information helps you to decide! Please try to go to your local store so you can ask a cast member for a few samples to try out as well. ![]()

It might be worth your while to take a look at DDF's Glycolic Cleanser. It helped a lot with acne/blackheads on my nose, and worked well with my Clarisonic Mia. It also left a nice, minty-cool feel on my skin which was very refreshing after a long day in the sun! I LOVE both DDF and PTR products, so I would give this one a looksy!
