Hi @mimiivanakis,

 

 

It's possible that something you may be using may be giving you under eye milia. I would consult your doctor to ask them if they can help with identifying the ingredients or product. Usually after a bit of time, the milia will go away. If you want to remove them, I'd consult a professional first before proceeding.
