Beauty Pet Peeves
What are your beauty pet peeves?   Here are a few of mine   When there's a huge hype around an item/brand or your own hype to get something and you get it and you are just meh.   I recently got a few items that were taking FOREVER to get to my house.  Canada Post was sooo slow at processing... the items were stuck with them and the tracking wasn't moving at all.  I was so excited and couldn't wait for them to be delivered and finally the items just showed up (tracking not updated) and I was like meh... not too impressed with what I got.  I thought I'd love it but no... not really. Swatched and sitting in a drawer somewhere... awww that just kills me lol   Another one (and this is for the Canadian girls). When you see free shipping on your favorite beauty products and then notice below in very small font US ONLY. ugh   So what grinds your gears? Share your stories!!!

I saw the thread about creating makeup looks for the zodiac signs, but I am specifically looking for beauty products that print the monkey in the packaging or powders.

Sephora Sales Section- Get it Now!
If you see something awesome in the Sephora sales section, let us know. Sometimes items sell out quickly, so they get buried in other threads. Even if I check multiple times a day (and I sometimes do), you may check at a different time and find stock on items I missed (and vice versa). It seems like stock is often updated around 9am Pacific, but that is not always a given.   If you find something on sale not listed in the sales section, please list that here as well. Share your Easter Eggs with us. Thanks!

Favorite Makeup Bags?
What are your favorites for travel, purse, your desk at work? I have just started a new job that requires a good bit of travel, so I am always in the market for practical - and fun! - travel and bag accessories. Would love to see what y'all are using!! Do you have particular shapes/sizes that work best for each situation?   Here's what I'm loving right now - although, I think have a makeup bag addiction problem, so it changes! Pictured: - MUFE sample for scale, and then from top: Kate Spade Saturday (RIP!) canvas triangle bag (great for travel with all of my cosmetics, but skincare has to all be in a separate bag), J.Crew Factory stripe/neon bag (for brushes), Falconwright cactus bag (for purse and soooo tiny, so it is really only good for just few things like a lipstick, gloss, compact, and small eyeliner).

Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Take 3)
Welcome back to the deal sharing fun! Deals shared here may also be posted to my blog (same name as the thread) unless you write for BT only. If I share your deal, I will always thank you here. I will heart every deal I see without an outside link to acknowledge it. A heart with no comment means I already have the deal or am deciding not to list it. Thanks for sharing. Repeats are always welcome, so if you're unsure if something was previously posted, post it. People who may have missed it the first time could see the second posting. Don't forget to list the retailer, so everyone knows where to get your deal. Just purchased Mason Pearson hairbrush -- omg!
(I know there's an older thread for Mason Pearson hairbrushes, but I thought I would start a more updated one....and more specific to my concern.)   So, I just bought a Mason Pearson hairbrush online (Anthropologie) since I thought it would be helpful with my hair that's starting to tangle as it grows longer. However, it just hit me that I spent way too much money on a hair brush. Can someone reassure me that I wasn't insane for this? Are these brushes really worth it? Did they change your life? Do you feel like your hair has improved with it? Or is this just a spoiling-thyself purchase? Am I terrible person? Haha...I'm only half laughing about that...

RANDOM THOUGHTS : BEAUTY
Ok so I've been wanting to make this thread for a while. I've also been wanting to start a "random thoughts" thread...but I figured I'd separate the categories so that at least the "beauty" one is on the front page, rather than hidden in off topic. So, have a beauty-related thought but don't think it's worth starting a thread about ? Post it here !   today I got a facial at an extraordinarily nice spa. A real treat. And the results were immediate and truly great. But guys: she pulled out a clarisonic and a foamy cleanser for that first initial cleanse, and I nearly had a heart attack. Great for a lot of people but most of you know how I feel about those things !!!!!! Overall, as I said, it was great and my skin is happy. Nicole's Wishing for Spring 2016 TSB Feb-April... AArdvark
Spoiler (Highlight to read) I have way too much stuff, so I'm starting another TSB. I've participated in many and run two TSBs, all were great experiences and I got to know people better which was fun!     This also helps support my low buy, as I get all the fun of seeing the products find new homes and new stuff to try at the end when it gets back to me.  I know a homeless outreach/shelter that I usually donate at the end, I will think about what to do this time, I haven't decided yet!
