so i am looking for a sweat resistant , oil free BB cream .. i have a combination skin but my t zone gets oily in hot weather n i live in a hot area ... i want it to be hydrating but oil free.....??????
Hi! I have a very sensitive skin and lately I am having quite a hard time with it. I am 40 (already!) and still have acne (little, very deep under the skin type of pimples, not exactly what you see on those acne treatment informercials). It will breakout for several reasons (hormone, heat, stress...) I followed different treatment for that (even with a dermatologist) and I found out that, because my skin is very sensitive, using acne treatment actually make it worst somehow...my combination skin is often mistaken for a very oily one because as soon as I use something too strong my skin get's oily to cope with the harsh ingredients. So, I am looking for new products for my skin because what I am using right now cause my skin to breakout a lot and my skin is itchy. I am using clinique products (the more gentle soap, the no.2 clarifying lotion, the turnaround revitalizing serum and the moisturizing gel). I am using the Neutrogena CC cream instead of a fondation. Usually when I combine a very gentle soap with very light moisturizing I am doing fine. I would like to know the products that may be better for me (from soap to moisturizer), which BB or CC cream to use, well, which skin care would make my skin better. I know my skin is not typical but maybe that might help other women that also have a very difficult skin. It's hard to find a product that will soothe and prevent acne, help with those first wrinkles as well as be gentle on a skin that won't put up with ingredients that are too strong. Thank you so much for your help! Ps. I hope the writing is not too bad, english is my second langage
In the summer my face tends to tan better than my chest and im not sure what type of makeup i should use on my chest to match my face. Its hard because i have freckles so i never use any face makeup (only stuff for my eyes/lips).
I need help finding the right foundation colors for nars all day foundation and the makeup forever HD stick foundation. I am currently using the foundation of marc jacobs in 28 and light beige in too faced born this way
I am going to prom and I need recommendation on a lipstick shade. I have fair skin with pink undertones, but I will be rather tan for the event, I have blonde hair and blue eyes, and my dress will be bright yellow. My favorite brands are tarte, Too Faced, and Urban Decay. Thanks for your recommendations!
I'm debating on trying the Clinique Turnaround Radiance Peel set for my cystic acne red hyperpigmentation. I have fair skin that is slightly sensitive, and responds pretty well to salicylic acid. Any advice with this peel/other peels for this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!
i just tried this mascara recently and LOVE it! It glides in so nicely and doesn't clump at all. I can blink right after application & not have to worry about it going all over my face-now it's about time a mascara doesn't make more of a mess if you don't keep your eye pried open until they dry! Haha Am I right? Who else has tried this mascara? What do you think?
Hi Everyone - please let me know which shade# to go with for this Becca Powder foundation - the Perfect Skin Mineral Powder. I have a skin reading of 3Y06 but I also have some red/pink on the cheeks , not an allover yellow undertone. Thanks, G
Hi, I have normal to combination skin. I currently use the Dior BB cream and find it absolutely horrible. I am willing to spend $145 CAD on the ole de peau foundation if it is a miracle in a tube. I heard the Laura Mercier one was similar but I also heard the cle de beau was the best of the best? Any thoughts?
Hello, I want to purchase the tarte powder foundation but i'm a little lost on which color to get. I am a mac NC 30-35 currently, I also used bare minerals original foundation in golden medium. Thanks!
I'm looking for a Powder Foundation for Highlighting. Not those glowy product, but a tinted setting powder instead. I'm now using the MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Foundatin color 120 soft sand, and I'm thinking to get the MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Finish Multi-Use Powder Foundation in a lighter color for highlighting. Does anyone know which shade I should use? Or is there any other tinted powder foundation will be good for highliting and in what shade?
Hi everyone, I'm returning a Glo Science Teeth Whitening Device that I purchased on Oct 26 and I used nine times of the whitening gel (there were ten whitening gels in the original package). However, I had canker sore and sore teeth after using it (I thought I could finish the whole treatment but I cannot stand it anymore, and the result is not as great as I expected). Neverless, I called in Sephora and asked if I could return it even I almost used up all the gels in the package, and the customer service representative said it's okay and simply to print the return slip from the sephora website. I did what she instructed, and then I realized that I forgot to return the charger of the device. So I read the return instruction again online, and on the web it says that I need to fill out a return form with the item return. However, I cannot find any return form in the sephora box, probably I threw it away without noticing it. Here're my two question now as the CSR was not giving me the full return shipping instruction: Is it okay to return an item without filling out a return form? Can I actually return the device even after almost finishing the gel? Can I make another shipment for the missing part of the device? I purchased on Oct 26, and the shipment date was on Oct 27, and on the tracking of my return item, it'll be delivered on Nov 27. Does this count as within the 30 days windows? This is all getting messy now, and I'm so panic and your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I typically where MAC STUDIO FIX POWDER PLUS FOUNDATION in C3/C4/N5. Which shade would best match my complexion in Marc Jacobs remarkable foundation? My skin tone is olive/neutral. However, my face is much lighter than the rest of my body and I am easily able to pull off the C4 mac powder, but I could never get away with using their liquid foundation in C4. Below is a picture of my complexion. No filters or retouching. No flash either.
I have been trying different shades of Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation, but so far has not found the right match for my skin tone. the rep at store gave me 7.5, I have tried it and it gave me an orange tint. I ordered 6 and it gives me an olive tan shade. I have been using kat von d medium 57 shade. I think my skin has a yellow under tone. will appreciate some suggestions.
Anyone own the Drybar 3 day bender? I just bought it and can't for the life of me get it to work properly. My hair gets tangled on the bottom and it doesn't really leave my hair soft and lush. I really really want to like this product and I probably will go to Sephora and personally ask them to show me. I want to give it a chance. But I wanted to get some of your opinions for those who use it and if there's any tips on how to use it. There's not a lot of youtube videos about this product and the reviews are mostly good. I just need some tips on how to use this properly.
