Welcome back to the deal sharing fun! Deals shared here may also be posted to my blog (same name as the thread) unless you write for BT only. If I share your deal, I will always thank you here. I will heart every deal I see (without an outside or cheat link) to acknowledge it. Beautytalk (the forum) does not allow outside links. A heart with no comment means I already have the deal or am deciding not to list it. Please list the retailer (without the link or cheat link; dot com) if it is not mentioned in the picture. Mods come in more often when they see any type of link. Thanks for sharing (original deals and repeats are welcome)! Please also share any deal haul you want, especially mystery gifts. Discussion is encouraged. A lot of questions come with certain deals or retailers. When I see questions I can answer, I will respond (unless the poster consistently ignores me or someone else already answered the complete question). I read all the main posts (so no need to tag me). If you're replying to a post that is not near the top of the thread and want me or a specific person to see it, please tag us. If you're posting about something on sale at Sephora, please share it here: http://community.sephora.com/t5/Hauls/Sephora-Sale s-Section-Get-it-Now/m-p/2122832#M44949
Hello, I am looking for a day and a night moisturizer. I prefer a cream. I am looking for something anti aging or to prevent the signs of aging. My skin type is on the drier side. I prefer something with no fragrance since it tends to bother me. I have been using Clinique Moisture Surge but it seems like it's not doing much for me anymore. I would like something to help with the aging process.I'm in my mid-forties. Any suggestions on a day and a night cream that would help my skin out would be appreciated. Thank you
This thread will be for Ulta GWPs only. Share ulta promos here. 4/15/17: Please do NOT post requests for the spreadsheet in this thread. Please post requests for the Ulta GWP google spread sheet in this thread: http://community.sephora.com/t5/Off-Topic/Ulta-GWP -Google-Spreadsheet-Request-Thread/m-p/2753063#M11 ... Let's keep this thread on topic! ************************************************** ******* Since a lot of information is being removed from this thread, try to help each other out and add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can search for items on ulta. *****Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item. The product id is the number given to the item in the URL. So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number. If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. It's not a search, but a direct link to the page.*****
Welcome! This thread is all about the SiJCP experience! These stores are different than the stand-alone Sephora stores and like everything else, there are pros & cons. Some of the pros: SiJCP has exclusive Sephora Favorites Sets ( which aren’t sold online ): Post a pic of any you may find out there in the wild GWP promos: sent out via email, snail mail or postcard offers in the store. There is usually no minimum purchase requirement but you will need the barcode. Be a pal? Post any offers you come across here Their own “Rewards”: the 100-pt’ers are usually different then stand-alone stores Some of the cons ( IMO ): Their own “Rewards”: which are hardly ever stocked The great mystery of the “ SiJCP Email Distribution List ” is still….you guessed it – a mystery! No one, not even store employees, know how to get on this email distribution list. The investigation is still ongoing Communication isn’t consistent and each store seems to operate differently. BTW, if you had a good experience at the store, please complete the survey – this means a lot to the hard working SA’s. Thanks everyone for your help
Hey everyone! I was chosen to get some stuff for free to try from Sephora! The items are: Milk Makeup highlighters in Mars and Supernova Dior Pump and Volume Mascara Tocca Stella hair fragrance I have tried the Milk highlighters and swatched them on my arm as well as on both of my cheeks for you guys. I really love both! They apply well and don't stay feeling sticky on the cheeks after application. I think that Mars is great if you want something more natural/subtle, while Supernova is great for a sort of extra terrestrial feel . It was super hard to capture Mars in my photos though, but it is a sort of orangey color with a reddish shimmer (think Fireball by Urban Decay). It looks super great and natural once on the face though! Spoiler (Highlight to read) As for the Dior mascara, I haven't tried it yet but I opened it to check out the brush! I'm curious how it'll work for me.. I hope well! It doesn't look like other mascaras which I find myself using more often (think of an hourglass shaped brush with more dense bristles), but maybe this one will surprise me Photo in spoiler! Spoiler (Highlight to read) EDIT: Just tried the mascara on one eye... Omg.. LOOK AT MY LASHES. One eye has nothing and the other has two coats of the Dior mascara (applied one coat, then waited about 10 seconds before applying the next- no curling or primer used). This is amazing, wow. Sorta in shock, and if this doesn't flake and go wild, this is my new HG. And finally the hair fragrance! I got it in Stella and omg it smells so good. I sprayed one spray in my hair and it's lingering with me and all I can smell! It's very feminine and floral, it's quite sweet too and I think it smells stronger than many of my regular perfumes. I think this is something I'll spray onto my hair on windy days so the wind can lift my hair and spread the scent haha. Thank you so much for all of this Sephora! It really made me happy (especially with my low-buy and such lol).

Hi! I was seeing if any ladies out there had some recommendations for products they have been using. I'm turning 25 in a few weeks, and looking for some new products. I have comination skin, acne-prone and scarring. Looking for day and night products! Thanks!
Hello all! So my current best foundation color match is NARS Siberia. I've been using the Sheer Glow for the past three months and I'm still trying to "figure it out". I feel like the formula is really finicky and I have yet to find a good combination of primers and/or setting powder/spray to make it both last well & mesh well with my skin. I don't think it's a skincare problem as my skin has been relatively normal-dry these past few months (no big skin changes and my daywear moisturizer is relatively 'basic'. I save my layers of hydration for overnight). So far things I have tried: - Too Faced Hangover: helped hydrate dry patches that Sheer Glow emphasizes but doesn't help longevity. Sheer Glow still applies a little patchy over this - Becca Ever Matte: too matte for Sheer Glow which tends to emphasize any dry patch - Hourglass Mineral Veil: seems to be the best combo so far, but doesn't help with Sheer Glow longevity. Still totally starts breaking down/melting by hour three. - A single drop of argan oil: makes Sheer Glow apply so smooth and evenly BUT foundation is totally breaking up on my face a couple hours into wear. - RCMA No Color Powder (talc + silica): is okay, but makes Sheer Glow a little dry looking, doesn't totally help with lasting powder - CoverFx Illuminating Setting Powder: doesn't make Sheer Glow look dry, but definitely doesn't help with lasting powder - Urban Decay All Nighter spray: makes Sheer Glow tacky, maybe helps lasting power when in combo with a powder as well For the sake of a control, all foundation application has been to dot it on with fingers and blend with beautyblender. I've tried various combinations of one of the primers + powder + spray, primer + no powder, no primer + powder, etc. etc. It's been a long somewhat scientific process, haha. I would just love for this foundation to work on me! I love the color and I can put up with the sheerness of it if I can just get it to work Most days in the morning I've been in too much of a rush to play this long layering game with Sheer Glow and I've been slapping a little Tarte shape tape everywhere and pretending it's foundation, lol TLDR: My question to those who currently use NARS Sheer Glow and it looks good on their skin. What combination of primer / powder / spray /technique do you use to make it wear nicely?
I will be going to Hawaii for a month and I think that due to the humidity I will need a primer to ensure my makeup has some staying power. Right now I am using the NARS Radiant Tinted Moisturizer and it lasts for me without any primer until about 3-4pm when applied at 7 am. I am in between choosing three different primer options at the moment. Any thoughts on the following: Sephora Collection Beauty Amplifier Ultra Smoothing Primer http://www.sephora.com/beauty-amplifier-ultra-smoo thing-primer-P412147?skuId=1829274&icid2=products% ... Cover FX Calming Primer http://www.sephora.com/calming-primer-P388019?skuI d=1641281&icid2=products%20grid 388019 NARS Pore & Shine & Control Primer http://www.sephora.com/pore-shine-control-primer-P 415963?skuId=1900117&icid2=products%20grid 415963 Or any other recommended primer? I do have oily skin when it comes to the afternoon and more dry in the morning.
I was posting to see if anyone has some recommendations on make-up routines/products. I've been currently using Smashbox Studio Skin foundation, Born This Way concealer and finishing it with a Becca loose powder. I'm never really happy with how my skin looks using these products (primer and finishing spray included). I have acne prone, combination skin, with some scarring. I wanted something a little more basic, then having to spend so much time on my face in the morning!
I'm just wondering if milk makeup sunshine skin tint has SPF? Some review say that it does, but it doesn't say anywhere on the product description. I received a sample with SPF 30 and I'd like to purchase it again, but only if it has the SPF.
a place to post about all things Sephora Favorites sets: past, present and future. Have a question, please ask. Have a review, please post. Have pics, please show us. These sets are one of my favorite things about shopping at Sephora. I get to try a bunch of products for a lower price and always end up finding some HG items. Today, I got the Sephora Favorites: Beauty on the Fly. It was $42 plus ebates was at 8%. For me, I've either been wanting to try all of these items, or have tried and really like them. More pics and thoughts in the first post.
I typically use MAC NW20 but want to try something else. I've been using MAC for a long time but technology changes so I am pretty sure I can find something else. I'm interested in either Sephora Collection bright future gel serum or Tarte marcuja concealer however I'm not sure what color(s) to choose that would be suitable replacements for MAC NW20. Any suggestions?
In the summer my face tends to tan better than my chest and im not sure what type of makeup i should use on my chest to match my face. Its hard because i have freckles so i never use any face makeup (only stuff for my eyes/lips).
